Why Choose Our Specialized Foundation Crack Repair in Montgomery, OH

Four commitments that separate a properly trained foundation crack repair crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.

Professional Foundation Crack Repair technician working in Montgomery, OH
01

Structural Crack Classification Training

Every technician is trained to distinguish non-structural shrinkage cracks from structural movement cracks before recommending a repair method.

02

Rapid Local Dispatch for Active Leaks

Trucks carry both epoxy and polyurethane injection systems so the crew can match the resin to the crack type on the first visit.

03

Flat-Rate Pricing By Crack, Not By the Hour

Structural cracks requiring engineering evaluation are priced separately and clearly, never bundled silently into a standard injection quote.

04

Dual Injection Systems On Every Truck

Polyurethane resin, which stays flexible and expands to fill voids, is used for active leaks and cracks subject to seasonal movement.

Our Foundation Crack Repair Service Lineup

Each service below is scoped specifically to foundation crack repair, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.

01

Polyurethane Crack Injection for Active Leaks

Because it cures flexible, it accommodates the minor seasonal expansion and contraction that concrete foundations naturally undergo without re-cracking at the same point.

02

Epoxy Structural Bonding

Where a crack is stable but a structural engineer or our own assessment calls for restoring load-bearing strength, epoxy resin creates a rigid bond that's often stronger than the surrounding concrete.

03

Stair-Step Crack & Wall Movement Evaluation

Stair-step cracking in block or brick foundation walls typically signals soil pressure or settlement issues beyond what injection alone resolves.

04

Carbon Fiber & Wall Anchor Reinforcement

This is a specialized repair beyond simple crack injection, and we walk you through the engineering rationale before recommending it.

05

Exterior Crack Sealing & Grading Correction

Some cracks are fed by poor exterior grading directing water straight at the foundation — injecting the crack without correcting the grading just delays the next one.

How Our Foundation Crack Repair Process Works

Here's what happens between your call and a resolved foundation crack.

1

Call Dispatch

Describe what you're seeing — a damp wall, visible crack width, whether water is actively coming through — and dispatch routes a crew with the right resin type loaded.

2

Rapid Mobile Arrival

Trucks carry both polyurethane and epoxy injection systems, plus moisture meters and a crack width gauge for precise classification on site.

3

Expert Assessment & Written Quote

You'll see the classification explained in plain terms — why this crack is a polyurethane candidate versus needing a structural referral.

4

Guaranteed Resolution

If evaluation during the visit reveals the crack needs engineering review instead of injection, we'll tell you plainly rather than injecting a crack that shouldn't be injected.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions Montgomery customers ask us before booking foundation crack repair service.

How fast can a technician evaluate my foundation crack in Montgomery, OH?+
Active leaking cracks are prioritized and most Montgomery, OH areas see a technician within hours to a day; stable, non-leaking cracks are typically scheduled within a few days.
Do you provide upfront, flat-rate pricing?+
If a crack turns out more complex once opened up, we discuss any change with you before proceeding, never after the invoice arrives.
How do you decide between epoxy and polyurethane?+
Polyurethane is used for active leaks and cracks subject to seasonal movement since it cures flexible; epoxy is reserved for stable, non-water cracks needing rigid structural bonding.
Is every foundation crack a structural problem?+
A minority show signs of ongoing wall movement or displacement, and those get referred for structural evaluation rather than a standard injection.
Will the crack come back after injection?+
A properly filled crack with the right resin type rarely re-leaks at the same location, and the repair carries a written warranty against exactly that.
Do you repair cracks in block foundation walls, not just poured concrete?+
We assess the wall material and crack pattern together before recommending injection, carbon fiber reinforcement, or a structural referral.

Montgomery is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States, settled in 1795. It retains its historic downtown with many other 19th-century houses scattered throughout the community.
